I scalper Trading Review

I know there will be lots of I scalper reviews out there but I wanted to give you guys some actual data. Below you will see several of my forward tests including winners and losers. Because of my schedule I wasn't able to do a lot of trading and when I was it was around lunch time but even in that dull period of the trading day I was still able to catch several nice trades. 

The software will work with any futures instrument or forex currency pair but I've found that the system does extremely well in the CL market and also very well in the TF market, I should note that those are the only 2 I've tested so far. TF tends to have a low margin so I know a lot of people will gravitate to it for that reason.

The Lions Den Trading 10/31/14 Testing

 

The markets these past few days have been hell for us. There's not much that can be done about the current conditions tho so we'll just have to continue to push thru it. Today we had 1 nice initial winner then 2 losers. The last trade could of been a winner or loser depending on your entry price as a lot of people ended up winning the last trade. I just wasnt one of them. The Record for the morning session is now 25 winners 17 losers.

The Lions Den Trading 10/30/14 review

 

Well today was one of those days where the market was extremely unpredictable and pushed thru support and resistance levels like they didn't exist. It doesnt happen often but it does happen and as a result we had a losing day. This is only our second losing day so things are still going extremely well. Overall the morning sessions record is now at 24 wins 15 losses.

The Lions Den Trading 10/29/14 Review

 

Today was another winning day in the Lions Den Trading room. To date we've only had 1 losing day. Their record for the room is actually better than what I list, I only trade Jasons morning session which usually lasts until 11 30 but there's also a session he does after that one and they've been doing very well also. The Lions Den Trading 10/24/14 Review

 

Today was another winning day in the trade room and we were done by 10:30. I had planned on trying out the new broker today but I didnt get my activation code in time to activate my demo account with them. Hopefully ill have everything setup by Monday. New Binary Broker with Free Demo

 

I've been doing a bit of research into the binary options world trying to find a broker that gives people a Free demo account without them having to fund a live account. The below broker is one such option. Its the one the head trader in the room uses to trade and it has more instrument options and time frame options than i've seen with rboptions. I'm sure everyone has noticed there are times where I cant take 10 minute trades and also im not usually able to take the nzd/usd trades because RBoption doesnt offer it on 5 minutes. The Lions Den Trading 10/23/14 Review

 

Today was a good day in the room. Had the potential to be a great day. We were up 2 wins pretty early in the morning and we could of stopped there but they made another call that ended up a loser because a level of resistance didnt hold. Its all in the video. Lesson here is if were up 2 wins 0 losses just walk away. Todays trading results ended up being 2 wins 1 loss so another winning day which i cant complain about. Today was a rough day in the markets. There wasn't much in terms of news but lots of random price action. In the end Jason decided to call it a day because the markets just weren't being agreeable. 10/20/14 +$60 (Aus. Monetary Policy Meeting Minutes)

 

Here's a risk 1 trap trade that has performed very well for us in the past and that trend continues today. Over the last 12 releases we've only had 1 loser with this report. Doesn't get much better than that. The market spiked down filling us, only going against us 2 tics, then shot back up to the waiting take profit. Beautiful trade.

Today was a pretty good trading day, they ended up with 3 winning calls and 1 losing call in the room. I wasn't able to catch the earlier trades but the last one I did get to record and it was a winner by a large margin. I know a lot of you guys wont have issues being on time for the morning session like I do so I'm trying to keep track of all of the trades so you can see an accurate representation of how the room is doing. Today was an interesting day in trading. The markets were determined to go in one direction and there weren't many trading opportunities so we had to be patient and wait for good setups. The Lions Den Trading 10/14/14 Review

 

Today was our second day of testing with the lions den trading and I ended up getting in the room late as usual. They took the first trade around 8:45 and it was a winner. Jason planned to stop because of how the markets been acting today but a lot of people weren't able to catch the first trade so we continued. We took 2 more trades which ended up being losers. So 1 Win 2 Losses for today. Overall record is 4 wins 2 losses for the room. We cant expect every day to be a winner so im not worried. I was able to meet another trader in the room and he showed me his live account. He started with $250 and is now over $1200 in a short time period so I know the methods work, we just have to stick with it. Ill also be checking on other brokers as I know everyone cant use rb options.

Thanks for viewing my 9th keltner pro weekly review. This will be my final weekly update so its a bit longer than the others. This week we had a total of 19 trades and out of those only 3 were losers. In fact the majority of our trades this week ended up hitting their take profits which is great. So far for the month of October im up nearly $2,000 and the winners are still consistently much larger than our losers so I dont see any reason why keltner pro wont be consistently profitable moving forward. 10/10/14 +$87.50 (WASDE)

WASDE has been a good trade for as long as I can remember. Its easily one of the safest. Today we didn't get a big initial spike but we did get plenty of continuation after. I did move my stop closer so that it would get filled but if i would of been patient my original take profit would of gotten hit. I prefer to get in and out quickly so waiting wasnt an option for me.

10/8/14 +$62.50 (10 Year Bond Auction)

This trade isn't usually a big mover but surprises every now and then. Today was a small trade. It filled both targets and after waiting for it to pop back up I decided to move my take profit down and it was hit for a small profit. This is just a quick update to let you guys know whats going on today. It wasnt very productive but tomorrow should be better. 

The Lions Den Trading Review

The reason I chose The Lions Den Trading for my next review is because i've talked to several of the members and their all happy with the service and reporting consistent gains. Also I know there are lots of people who don't have the $3000 to $5000 it can cost to open a futures account so only needing $250 to open an account should be a welcome change. The Lions Den Trading has the potential to be a much cheaper alternative to trading futures and seems to be a much simpler format to learn. RECENT PROBLEMS WITH THE SITE....

 

If you tried visiting the site over the last 2 days you've no doubt noticed that it went to a completely different site. I had someone doing some work over the weekend and they ended up messing the site up pretty bad and they weren't able to fix it or put it back to normal. I then had to hire someone else to fix the problems the first person made. Long story short everything should be sorted out by tomorrow hopefully. 10/3/14 +$25 (ISM Non Man. PMI)

The forecast for this release was 58.5 and the number came in at 58.6 and the market reacted accordingly with a small move. I honestly didnt expect this trade to be a winner as it came within a few ticks of taking us out but it swiftly reversed and hit my adjusted take profit. No complaints here. We have no control over the size of the deviation and sometimes we will get matching or nearly matching numbers. It doesn't happen often but it does happen as shown here. 10/3/14 No Fill (NFP)

Well there's not much to say on this trade. It was a trap trade setup for the ES futures and We did get a whipsaw but it was so tiny that our first order didn't get hit. I decided to go ahead and upload this as I know some people like to keep track of how nfp reacts from month to month and you can also see the setup process.
